At 48 years old, I had my braces on today. Clarity top and bottom with bite turbos behind my front teeth. I've got a couple of sore teeth on the right side, but no feelings of pressure, and so far, no pain. Well, except for the inside of my lips, dental wax will be my best friend for awhile. I also don't have any uncomfortable feelings of pressure, at least not yet.

The one thing that is really weird is how big these things feel in my mouth, and the bite turbos are very hard to work with when eating. After all these years of living with ugly teeth, I know it will be worth it in the end. I bought my Dentakit in advance and it has already come in very handy.
