Hi everyone. I'm about 1 year into my incognito treatment and apart from swallowing 2 brackets between getting the brackets fitted and the first archwire put on (needed extractions) it has be 'ok'. The only part I'm still having problems with is that I'm pretty paranoid that my breath is bad.

I still clean my teeth (obviously) but say for example on a long night out I get worried my breath is bad and I don't think mints and so on cut it (even tried the uber breath spray route but doesn't seem to last). Short of taking a waterpik+tongue scraper+toothbrush+mouthwash out does anyone else have any tips? I actually even get paranoid even straight after I've brushed my teeth sometimes.

I tend to think mouthwash has the biggest refreshing effect but I'm not too keen to be taking little vials of that decanted from bigger bottles out with me (have considered it... ). I do have a travel toothbrush with me most of the time but feel a muppet using it (I'm male so is possibly a bit more conspicuous than for females, would only brush my teeth on a night out in a cubical lol).

Any tips most welcome, thanks.

There's nothing wrong with carrying travel sized mouth wash and using it discretely.
