Hello again,

I suspect many of you are reading this either extremely scared about "taking the plunge" and getting a brace. Maybe some of you even have a date for the embracing and it is looming over you. And perhaps many of you are reading this wearing a brace.

I can completely empathise and, at the age of 22, find myself wearing a brace. Again. I probably (definitely) over-dramatised the whole thing and the initial idea devastated me... Ring any bells?

So... after a stern word with myself, I adopted a completely different perspective and decided to create a blog. This is my secret little brace face place where I can talk freely about everything brace related. It is very theraputic to do and I often find myself laughing out loud about how ridiculous I can be. Oh, the wonder of hindsight!

I invite you to have a little read. I hope it will make you smile, perhaps give you a little reassurance and eventually, like me, embrace the brace. Please have a little read xx ...
