Hi,

I just got my impressions and xrays for invisalign. my concern is my wisdom teeth. The bottom two have come in side ways pushing my lower teeth together. My general dentist said if they are not bothering me to leave them alone because one of them is running along a nerve. He said it was possible to lose movement on half the muscles in my face. The ortho I went to said 18-24 months and no extractions and he would give me a recommendation on the wisdom teeth after he reviewed the xrays. I have a overbite and over jet not to severe on either. My two top teeth stick out and that's what bothers me the most. I was quoted 6000-6400 by my ortho. 5000 by my dentist but it didn't sound like he would be fixing the over jet or overbite. I live in Florida. How does all this sound? Thanks for any advice.
