Hi there, I got my essix retainers today (Yay!!)

But when I went to pick them up they had just been made and were a bit wet! I put them straight in and they felt kind of soft, amd not how I expected so I took them out as was unsure if this was normal.

When you picked up your essix retainers from the ortho, did they say to wait a few hours for the plastic to set or something?

Any shared experiences would be much appreciated!

When I picked up mine, it seemed completely hardend. The ortho put it in the first time too, so i think they would have said something. Did you mention it to your ortho?
