7 months with metal/ceramic fixed braces on bottom and Invisalign on top (tray 23 of 33):

Thanks, you guys! I think it's easy to forget what your teeth looked like before you started treatment, and start getting impatient about the imperfections that are still there. Much as I HATE looking at the 'before' picture, I think it's worth reminding myself sometimes!
