Thanks for the reply...even my reply back to you is a little belated! I also thought that I should leave it in for longer - it's not been bother considering I had these for a whole year. It's now the start of June and I am much more confortable having the retainer out for a longer amount of time. Fe...

when is too soon?

I'm due to be debraced. I wore the clearstep system (like Invisalign) for 1 year, then retained my teeth using the last tray (like an Essix) for 3 months 24/7 as instructed. The instructions now say that that i need only wear it at nights. Now my question is I am a bit loathe to debrace during the d...

My dentist is currently treating 3 people with this system and none that I know have got attachments including me. I do have risers put into my back molars because my bite is too close in order to give space to pull back my front teeth - but there are no attachments and no wires. I also do have to w...

Since you're in the UK, there's a new invisible system which I'm using called Clearstep UK. The advantages over Invisalign is that the lab. is in the UK so quicker for your trays etc and it is cheaper - a moderate problem will set you back about £1200-£1800 for the whole course of treatment - alth...

I'm using a different system, Clearstep, which doesn't have attachments. However, they needed to raise my bite in order to pull my teeth back. Basically this means they filled my very back top molars, but this means my bite doesn't meet so it's quite hard work chewing. I'm just over half way through...

I seem to be the only one using a different type of clear aligner called Clearstep. I've been quoted between £1000-£2500 for one arch depending on the severity of the problem. I've been classified as 'moderate' on my top arch which should csot about £1800 + dental practice costs for moulds, filli...

Hi, great to hear from another Clearstep user. What I really like about this system is that you see step by step how your teeth are going to improve because of the molds. I've got a box of 8 and from the first to last one they almost look perfect which would be only 4 months. As you say they need to...

I have an overjet with spaces between some teeth and my dentist thought i would be the perfect candidate for the Clearstep system. I'm now on my 3rd we...
