Insulting people and scaring those who haven't been through surgery yet, by saying it is equivelent of ' a car-crash' and 'electric lightbulb shock' Well that's just great, thanks for the confidence boost...some people are already scared to death, including me.

I have very bad dark circles under my eyes also and have wondered the same thing.

It would be great if an upper advancement would help with this problem.

I was prescribed them years ago but never really took them properly like i should have/be.

I took them for a few months say. What difference do these make then?

Do you think that means he also does orthognathic surgery?
