Mine was twice a week. Twenty Turns total. He had me turn for an extra month so I had 28 turns. My expander was a little different then most have on here. It fit together with a retainer on my bottom teeth to move my bottom jaw forward to fix my TMJ. I wore it for 5 months after finishing turning.

I've had my expender for 9 months now. I stop expanding at month 4 though. My expander fits together with a retainer which covers my bottom teeth to fix my overbite. I'm hoping that it'll be out in about 2 weeks *keeping fingers and toes crossed*

It must be something I'm drinking because its only the two front teeth. All the other ligs are still orange.

That picture looks like the wire that I got at my last adjustment (8th month) its much thicker then the other wires I've had and took a few days the inside of my mouth to adjust to it. My dentist called it a braided wire.

I had orange ligs put on at my appt this week. The assistant asked me if i wanted black and orange or just orange. I opted for just orange because I didn't know how black would look on metals. I don't have braces on bottom yet or I probably would have went with orange on top and black on bottom.

I had my wire changed today.. I don't know what size it is but it looks much bigger then the others I've had. The dentist called it a braided wire. Its already got my lips made a bit sore.

Before I got braced I would have dreams about my teeth falling on the floor. After I got braced I had a couple of dreams where my teeth would fall out but they weren't falling on the floor because the braces were there. It was very weird.

The bottom braces are going on in 2 months (middle of november) when I don't have to wear these anymore.
