I have had my uppers braced for 3 months with no major problems - just some minor pinching - then last night when I flossed there was some light bleeding - i thought no big deal I had'nt flossed in a couple of days (I know, bad me!) I've found (by fluke really) that when I'm in a rush the GUM Softpicks are great for my molars not nearly as messy as flossing. Anyone else tried them?

I wouldn't be too worried about it - but ask your ortho if you're not sure.
