I was a tongue thruster too (caused an open bite). I went to the speech therapist and had to do some specific exercises. Well - it helped and wasn't painful at all!

They really look good on you! I especially like the white wire (my ortho doesn't offer them ).

Concerning the blue dot: I had to brush three or four times and all the dots were gone.

Hi there, I can understand your worries - I guess I have the same ones! My bottom teeth are also really crowded and my ortho suggested not to extract any teeth but only to slenderize some of them. In the first two months my teeth move pretty fast, but from then on I haven't seen a lot of movement :(...
