Hi there-I have had my lower ibraces on since August, and am getting the upper on Dec. 30th-I had to put off due to traveling, moving, etc..but I wanted people's opinions as far as which they thought was harder to adjust to? The lower were a bit rough for me in regards to eating, etc-but the talking...

Hey there-well...I found that day 3 and 4 were worse than the intial days--I would suggest taking advil or motrin every 4-6 hours and try to rest your mouth if you can! I am not sure-I just have lowers on and there hasn't been a problem, but I am not sure about the tops, some on this site have said no problems, etc--but I am still concerned..it seems like the tongues might gte cut up??

I only have my bottom ibraces on and it really hasn't been a problem with them, but I am very concerned about once I get the top ones on? Does anyone have any experiences they can share with me? I know it is a personal topic, but one I am sure we are all concerned about!!
