Thathrill-thanks for responding to my post. Are you happy with the results of your surgery inspite of the numbness? Do you think the numbness on your lips, chin and tongue will come back? they say it will come back within the first year after surgery. what does your surgeon say?

someone else on this website gave me the name of a doctor at mass general-dodson who you can email and ask them for the name of a doctor in your area that repairs nerves within the first year of injury. There was a doctor near my house that did it but he has retired. I can give you the phone number ...

actually i just thought of something-i used a dentist in ft. lauderdale area who is excellent and only associates with quality people. you might want to give his office a call- dr. kulick

Does anyone out there know anything about a Dr. Bagheri, or Dr. Louis Bellifante in the Atlanta area? I would like to be able to do the surgery like all of you, because I know I need it, but not sure if I'll ever have the guts.
