Hi Daneo, I would say it all depends on how much your ortho shaves off your teeth..i started to see results after about 4 weeks of wearing IA, but last week was really a "turning point", but i had biggest shaving session just before it..so i think-that was what played the magor role in it....

Thanks for this great advise. I must say chewing the gum was painful, but it really did help alot with the scratching. I sceduled appointment with my docotor anyway, but this gum thing will help me through till i go to see him.
