Yes, 12 weeks then the clears for around 3 months. No lisping with the clear, you can barely see it and I have had photos taken with it in and you wouldn't know. It was also a relief for me as I had an arch expander which covered the roof of my mouth so compared to that, the clear is a doddle.

I've more or less finished now, been wearing a clear for the last couple of months. I have one more to go and thats it. V pleased with the results!

Hi, I wore mine 20-22 hours a day for 12 weeks and got a quick result. My photos are further up this thread if you want to check. R - so much easier to talk, I'm running a training course today and am keeping it in all day, my b/f didn't even notice I had it in last night until I pointed it out. Can feel it working already - ow!!
