You should have replied, 'in 3 months time I'll have beautiful straight teeth but your face will still be that way'

Although, you might not have been allowed on the flight!!

Cheeky cow!

I read that as though Sherral was impressed that although she hadn't worn the aligner for the 2 weeks, her teeth are back in alignment within 24 hours?? I stopped wearing the Inman and switched to clears, reducing the time spent wearing them to just at night. There was slight movement during the day...

Yes, 12 weeks then the clears for around 3 months. No lisping with the clear, you can barely see it and I have had photos taken with it in and you wouldn't know. It was also a relief for me as I had an arch expander which covered the roof of my mouth so compared to that, the clear is a doddle.

Thanks Buzz, started on 2nd September, swapped to clears in December and am now just reducing the time I wear my clear. Am up to 10 hours without it during the day and not too painful when I put it back in at night which I assume indicates that nothing is moving. My dentist says that when I next see...

Hi Janie. I've been wearing a clear for 3 months now. It is almost invisible. You can see the top of it running across my gumline if I smile really widely and when you first get it there is sometimes a gap between the bottom of the clear and the bottom of the teeth but as your teeth move this reduce...

Hi All Haven't been online for a while. My update. Had my Inman replaced by clear retainers in December for the final tweaking. I am still wearing one at the moment which is barely noticable looks and speech wise. I've had to point out I am wearing it when I remove it if I have to eat etc. I had one...

Hi Isobelleo, I think it's a great time for you to go ahead and get the teeth you want. Think of it as a new start and a positive step, if it increases your confidence half as much as mine it's a good move. Good Luck.

Hi, I wore mine 20-22 hours a day for 12 weeks and got a quick result. My photos are further up this thread if you want to check. My teeth are even straighter now as I have been wearing a clear retainer for the last 3 weeks. My dentist is going to give me the 'official' pics at the end of treatment ...

I get the next one in the post probably next week, wear that for 3 weeks and then go back to see if I need one final one. If not, this is the last one and I will have to start weaning myself off it for a few hours each day building up to just night wear. All he said was if the teeth move a lot durin...

Been back to dentist this morning and had impressions for my second clear. Just some tweaking to do on the two front teeth. I may have to have one further clear which will then become my retainer. My dentist has said we can see how it goes with just a clear retainer but will prob have to have a wire...

Betty, just enjoy having lovely teeth!! I couldn't have afforded the time or money to get mine done without an Inman. I am now on clears and my teeth don't seem wobbly - I only had the tops done). I'm sure yours will soon get settled and as you say, if they were coming out, they would have come out ...
