Yes, they are very often done at the same time, since removal of the wisdom teeth allows for greater ease of expansion and less chance of complication involving the 3rd molars. My surgeon told me this during my pre-op 2 weeks ago. I just had this done this past Monday.

Luey, thanks a lot, that helped a little. So far im adjusting to the elevated sleeping and the liquid diet. (Ensure is a godsend, im so lazy and wouldnt survive without it). Whats this i keep hearing about a second surgery for post SARPE/Expander Removal patients? sounds scary. :shock:
