I also have Damons half clear on top and bottom. Tops on August 11th bottoms on September 10th. My first adjustment will be in 6 weeks. So you shouldn't worry. I already feel at one with my braces..lol. There fun and I am 31. Just enjoy it. You only get them once....or twice maybe.

I was told to wear them all the time to. I forgot to ask if I was suppose to take them out to eat. But I do take them out to eat for about an 1/2 hour during lunch. And sometimes if I go out for a few hours with friends and dont wear them.

I have a question. I finally got my bottom and top braces on. I am wondering why they did not put them on the 4 back molars. They told me I would be getting no extractions and they arent my wisdoms.
