I am going for the 6 month smiles shortly, and the ortho suggests straightening the top (I have a slight overjet) and making the bottom ones lean out slightly... these are straight.

Is this a normal precedure?

Arghh two orthos!

One wants to extra three teeth, one from lower arch, and both first upper pre molars.

Second ortho wants to file teeth to create room. But around same price, but seem really good.

What to do?!
