I used crochet hook, you can get it in any craft store.

I had 44 upper aligners, which is over. But! My #7 and #10 have to be pulled down. Instead of refinements I got elastics. They put 2 buttons, 1 on each side of my teeth on the top, cut the aligner around them, and I have to connect them with an elastic. The problem is they are not working, I have be...
