Probably the same thing they've been telling me all my life. There is no way to stop a soothing problem on it's own, I've tried. My parents have tried everything.

Now I'm asking others who have gone through this what they did.

I have an adult soothing problem, I've had braces for 2.5 years and I'm scared what's going to happen once my braces are removed. What can I expect? Will my teeth go back to the bad state they were in?

What are my best options?
