My ortho had been saying 'soon' for a very long time. She finally gave me my debrace date at my last adjustment. I am getting my braces off in 12 days! I'm so excited.

Try Canker Cover. Canker Cover is a little tablet - you put it on top of the sore - it sticks to the sore and forms a kind of a bandage. Very effective.

The only two downsides - expensive and they can make it hard to talk (depending upon where they are). I tend to only use them at night.
