To be honest with you, the bite blocks were awful for about a week, they did get better, and they were AWESOME after that, they helped so much, but eating was still hard..but in a different way..I learned how to eat with them quickly , and eating was actually better with the bite blocks than without...

hi! i had this issue! my orthodontist put in HUGE bite blocks on my back upper molars, this was like almost a bunch of cement stuff that made me have a huge open bite for awhile. Bite blocks helped alot though, it did suck to eat because with the bite blocks on the back two teeth were the only teeth...
