I has 29 upper trays and 13 lower trays so I wore the lower tray 13 for an additional 16+ weeks until I was finished on top (1 week schedule) and now I'm still using the tray 13 and upper 29 as retainers and have been for 6 weeks now. both trays are still quite clean and fresh, I never let them get ...

I didnt like swimming with them in on holiday - esp in the salt water, the water gets in to the trays and satses yucky, usually you'd spit the salt water out but with the trays was impossible to do. Guess pool water isnt so horrid. At the waterpark I never wore them either though just incase as I kn...

I'd wait and see how you feel about this person your going on a date with before disussing anything, if you tell him you've got braces he'll be more inclined to look for them otherwise he'll prob not notice at all. My boyfriend never even noticed i'd the trays in, even after kissing him - it was the...

You're paying a lot of money for this, i'd question yourself why you're leaving them out for so long , i presume you want nice teeth at the end? you're supposed to wear the trays for about 20+ hours for a reason, to allow the bones to settle round the movement of the teeth, what your doing might cau...

I'd change your trays after your evening meal and brushing etc, that way they're in a few hours so you'll know if you need a pain killer to be able to get a sleep. If you wait till bedtime to change trays and there is pain it'll wake you in the night and thats not good getting up out of a cozy bed t...

I never wanted my bottom done as it was £500 more to do both but my ortho explained my bite might change so i've gone ahead with top and bottom. i'm closing a gap that never used to bother me at the bottom and i'm glad i'm glad i made the decision to do both now, the final clincheck movie looks gre...
