Oh, and regarding whether linguals work or not, they definitely are working for me. My teeth were horribly crowded. They were expanded, and then brought together with linguals.

I've just gotten upper and lower linguals yesterday, my orthodonstist has recommended keeping them packed with wax along entire length of them for first 5 days. I have to admit that that advice sounds bizarre to me. My own dentist did not give me any such advice. And I went without wax for days unt...

That's great progress. I'm glad it's working out so well for you.

And thanks for your own words of encouragement. It's very encouraging to know that others have and are going through the same experience, and that it's not nearly as bad as I had once envisioned.
