Hi, My moulds were taken and I was surprised to find that I needed attachments fitted to my teeth a few days after receiving my first few sets of Invisaligners. When I picked mine up, the Dentist sid that I should aim to keep them in for 23.5 hours a day. That made mealtimes interesting as I used to make a cup of coffee, let it cool for 5 minutes, start my main course, eat my pudding and then drink my coffee - all in the space of about 20 minutes - Not a go...

I was thinking about this and wondered if you could use Steradent, but as I've just started aligners 12/13, it's a bit late for me to change from toothbrush and, ac ouple of times a week, toothpaste.

Hi, I have 1 month left on my Invisalign course (Age 38 but now with the money to pay for it :-) ). I have been thoughtful of what happens at the end and my dentist has advised that I can have either a bonded retainer (as mentioned already) or Invisalign-style retainers that I would need to wear eve...
