Does it take as long as it did to receive the normal aligners or is it quicker? I've got three more trays to go, so I'm curious.

I thought you had to wear ur last set until you got the refinement aligners? Am I under the wrong impression? Oh, and don't worry ur mouth will start to become less dry in about week or so. I had the same dry mouth problem you were having and it went away.

IPR = Small amount of filing between teeth. It's nothing to worry about, but your dentist/ortho should have explained this to you BEFORE you signed on. Just change aligners every 2 weeks, just before bed, and dont change just before your next appointment. My dentist usually does IPR/attachments on ...

I'd change them Tuesday night if I were you. If you have to get IPR before a set of aligners, your appointment is likely to be a Tuesday now (in line with the fortnight) and you don't want to move to the new aligner before the appointment. I'm just curious as to what a lot of you do. I received and put on my first aligner on Tuesday February 10th. I wanted to know do I change them over Monday February 23rd at night or Tuesday the 24th at night?

Wow, thanks for the help. I think I understand a lot better than I did before. I just assumed I would be getting a lot of attachments on my bottom, because of all the crowding. He may give me more though.
