Well, twice she fixed, twice she was out of the office for a week and I had to find another ortho to have it fixed urgently, and one my boyfriend fixed the wire problem :D . Right now I am walking around with a wire sticking out of the tube on the last brace and poking my tongue. My next adjustment ...

Hi mooret01, I was the same - went to see tens of orthos for the past eight years, and would never go back to go ahead with the braces. Wasted all that time, could already be done with the treatment. Now that I started I feel much happier that before the treatment. I know, I will finally stop being ...

Hi, the speech is fine now. But something keeps happening to my braces: a brace comes off, or I pulled out the wire, or s wire comes out of the tube on the very last braces. It's so annoying, I started thinking I should have gotten the normal braces. :(

Was trying to find any Incognito ortho nearby, and came across this website http://www.lingualjet.fr. Is it another type of linguals?

Hi Volare, thanks for your reply. What are o-rings and how do I remove them?

pulled out the wire

I was brushing between the front top teeth and pulled out the wire. It came out of the last two braces and is bent in front and sticking out downwards. The awful thing is that my dentist is on vacation for the next two weeks, and she is not answering the emergency number. I was trying to find anothe...

Mine were ordered from Germany (have no idea if there are several places in Europe where they manufacture Incognito), and it took almost 2 months.

To xTc

Hi xTc,
so you decided to get Incognito after all? When are you getting them?

Hi xTc, these look really tiny comparing to what I have, so I think they definitely must be easier on speech. So far I adjusted the best to speak French, in English s, ts, th, and sh are the worst, and in Russian I can't pronounce half of the sounds, despite all the practice I've done in the past fe...

I also can't floss between some teeth, because it seems there is glue. I managed to get rid of the glue in between the front teeth, but not in between the back teeth. Is there something I can do about it?

I asked my doctor, and she said that it costs her 2000 Euro to buy a set of lingual braces (Incognito) from the manufacturer.

Hi xTc, I have Incognito, I think this is the only brand of lingual braces available in Europe. I found my doctor on this website lingualtechnik.de, because the idea of wearing braces on the outside was freaking me out. It's not even been a week since I got them, so I am still getting used to the wh...
