Well when I was 11 I had to have 2 adult molars removed due to cavities on the bottom arch. Then last year when I got braces I had to have two bicuspids removed on the top arch to make more room. Yay congrats! I just got mine off today and it feels nice I don't miss my braces AT ALL, haha. They were always such an annoyance and most of the time they caused me pain in varying amounts. Maybe they will let you keep them as a memento!

I don't know about the molar bands because I didn't have them, just had regular brackets on all my teeth.
