I am on #7 of 10 trays and have had no problem with grinding. No breakage, etc. They are alot tougher than I expected.

Initially, I was just going to do the top. However, my dentist told me that the cost would be the same for the top and bottom with Invisalign Express. I hope that's true. Anyway, I decided since the cost was the same, I would go for both top and bottom. It didn't really make sense not to.

I got my first set of aligners today. My doctor told me to try and eat with them in. Well, I tried and was totally grossed out. Food got stuck everywhere and I couldn't really taste the food! Very strange sensation. I don't think I will try this again.

That is good to hear. I got my first aligners today, so tonight will be my first test with my grinding. Sounds like it shouldn't be a problem!
