Hi,
I use Oral B Floss action then the Power Tip to get under the wire & around the brackets, I also use the Water Pik before brushing. I have had braces for 25 months & still do not have any cavities. Oh yes I also floss, but not as much as I should.

I am interested how many people have or dont have Molar Bands, & if you do have, are there any problems, I have 5 & have never had any problems,

Hi kddblue, I had springs fitted insted of elastics, but they are a lot closer to the bottom teeth than yours are. It took a few days to get used to them. Now I dont seem to notice them much, except when cleaning & eating. On the up side they move teeth at a hugh rate, alot quicker than elastics...
