Looks like I got jipped! Only recieved:
travel toohbrush, wax, toothpaste, floss and threaders, and a cheap plastic travel bag that broke in 3 weeks. Booklet of the dos and don't too. Not much compared to others, hope that isn't any indication of the final outcome when i get these suckers off.

I've always been a mouth breather and am trying so hard to break the habit. Problem is that i have to bite down in order to remember to keep my mouth shut. If i stay relaxed a little bit, it never fails that i catch my mouth open. My molars are already pointed inward. Is this gonna make them move mo...

There are many different options for CPAP. Nasal Pillows and Nasal Masks will be fine. I'd probably stay away from the Full Face Mask though b/c it really drys your mouth out even with the heated humidity.

Metal on top and bottom.

I had 4 teeth pulled (4th on each side). Huge gaps closed fast on the top in about 4 months. In month 8 now and still have small gaps on the bottom. My friends say that my face is actually looking wider believe it or not.

My front teeth moved really quickly and i was so excited. Now that i'm in month eight i havent seen much change. Its really frustrating not to see anymore changes so I'm ready to take them off. I still have 10-12 more months to go. Hopefully I'll see changes soon!!
