If it makes you feel any better my ortho advised me of 3 weeks and I'm in my early 20's! But, my teeth are moving at such a rapid pace that I'm changing them every week and a half/ two weeks. We're basicly just listening to my body and if it can take a rapid approach we change them ahead of schedule...

I know this sounds crazy but, I asked for attatchments! When I first got my aligners my ortho only want to put the buttons on my two bottom teeth and just obmit the four that were supposed to be on top. My teeth were (are) moving so quickly that on my 1st tray was starting to come off my second day!...

I happen to lisp like there's no tomorrow! I dread saying the number five because I can't. I too work in an office enviroment and I notice that I lisp. Although, some of my coworkers didn't A) know that I was lisping and B) know that I even had my invisalighn in! I notice the change in my speach but...

I'm only on my first trays and while I have no pain at all. It was uncomfy for me to have a resting bite. However, after two days it was fine and no one knows I have them in its such a great experience so far. I don't want to jinx myself.

That doesn't seem to be very good advice. My ortho said to never ever do this because it can damage your trays. Plus it seems like it would be very uncomfortable to eat with them in.
