this all is so verry silly. it is nothing of worries to eat with peoples when u have braces. even peoples with no braces get foods stuck in there teeths sometimes.

i live in 1 house with my freinds and 1 time did 1 of them wash his teeth in the kitchen sink but we all think this was not nice 2 spit out in that sink where we make food.

To eat or to drink will be to wash off the fluoride so it doesn't work any more to protect teeth. To put in elastics will not wash it off. Not enough mouthwash stays to hurt elastics. It is okay.
