Guess I will have to take them out then. Can't believe the one time I will be 'bad' and have them out will be for something as boring as surgery, not even a social event or something!

Hi all I am having surgery on my leg under anaesthetic next week and I am wondering whether I need to take my invisalign trays out while I'm under anaesthetic? Could be a few hours, which would mess up the wear your trays 22 hours a day thing. But the instructions for surgery say remove dentures etc...

Hi Andrea At the suggestion of my manicurist I ended up getting gel overlays, rather than tips. This is where they put the gel over your own nails instead of putting a 'fake nail' extension on. They are short, but shiny, stong - and i can get my aligners out! She was right, now I can get my aligners...
