The Tylenol and wine combination is bad for your liver, try ibuprofen or just the wine by itself.

I soak mine in a baking soda solution when I'm not wearing them and brush with a soft small toothbrush and water. I seemed to notice a plastic taste from them in the morning and the baking soda gets rid of that.

I didn't get to see mine. Even when I asked to see it they didn't show it to me. I'm almost done with my treatment plan and I'm not pleased with the results. Maybe they thought I wouldn't like the results and decided to not show it to me.

I'm 63 and I have my sets in for 4 weeks for each pair. I got 10 sets of upper and lower and I'm on the last set. My teeth are a little tender for almost a week when I change sets but by 2 weeks I sometimes forget I'm wearing them. Most of the movement of the teeth seems to occur in the first 3 days...
