Well i've had my top one's on since march and must say i've gotten used to them, and in another month im getting my lowers on. So far i've enjoyed the experiance.

Im 47 and have been in braces since 4/10, and what i do as soon as i think i've got a mouth sore coming on, is drink all the water for my daily intake. That will reduce some of the acid mouth, works for me.

The OS benefits really aren't meant to cover orthognathic surgery. They are meant to cover things like extractions. $1500 will not come anywhere close to the bill for any kind of jaw surgery.
