I would guess it is because your mouth is a little dryer, just try to drink a bit more water to keep your mouth moist

Hi, I had to wait 3 weeks after extraction to have my impressions done, this was plenty of time for my wound to heal enough for the impressions.

Nobody noticed mine within the first 2 weeks and then I had elastic bands attached and now almost everyone notices them, I am not too fussed they still look loads better then metal braces and only have elastics on till September so then they will be invisible again.
