It'll get better, i guarentee you. In the mean time, what you can do is make protein shakes and eat soft foods to get those extra calories in. I had my braces removed about 3 months ago. They told me to get some x-rays done asap but i kind of forgot to do them... Its now 3 months later and i was wondering if i should go get them? They were panoramic and lateral ceph x-rays. I didn't have money at the time and im sure they cost a lot.

how hard is it to say "doc, i have a few questions"? Then lay her your concerns. Im sure she can spare a few minutes during your appointment to discuss these issues...Your the one paying for her service, not the other way around. Speak up...

to be honest, i've got no idea. My orthodontist just gave me options of metal or ceramic.

thanks! I was so excited to get them off. I feel like a brand new me haha. I just turned 20 recently so this was a nice surprise.

VA5, to answer your question, my teeth were practically set since January. I couldnt tell the difference from then until now
