14 hrs a day isn't enough. It should be 18-22 hrs. Especially if you leave it out for 10 hours straight... they will just keep moving back to their original positions while its out and you'll extend your wear time by months!!

He has worked wonders on my teeth. He makes the 3 hr each way drive every 4 weeks totally worth it!

Regarding the chewing gum thing... i was told by my dentist that chewing gum is the best thing to use, but make sure it's sugar free or you'll rot your teeth!

Hi Toothless!! (love the name!) I've only had the aligner for 3days now, but my advice if you are worried about pain when sleeping is to put it in at least a few hours before you go to bed.
