I have done alot of research as well and it seems to be up to the recovering individual and how fast they heal and what they can tolerate. I can tell you that just 5 days post op that sloowly climbing stairs makes my jaw feel like its on a rollercoaster. It doesnt hurt and its not tireing its just.....

Well I am officially on the other side!! I had SARPE and SAME Surgery yesterday. I just got home today. So far so good, it is a weird sensation when you bump your teeth or they move a bit because the only anchor is the expanders. How long does that feeling last? I think I am supposed to start turnin...

So i completed my intake appointment and as i drive 2 hrs south to be back with my family.
