Over the past years either the military ortho’s schedule was full (more severe cases) or there was not one in the area. The military will not pay for Or...

Its funyy how stuff sneaks up on you...I just noticed today that the anchor point for my RPE on my back molars on both sides has caused some tipping!! I didnt notice it til today but it seems pretty significant to me. I would guess that the chewing surface is a good 1-2mm tipped out... For all you s...

It is a true statement that you cannot go to boot camp while braced. Applicant's enlisting in any branch must have a letter from their ortho stating when the braces are going to be removed. You can only be in the delayed entry program for 12 months so if your treatment is longer you cannot enlist.

Chicago: It was done in a stepped cut off to the left between the 2nd and 3rd tooth from midline. My ortho calls my crowding a drawn curtain effect. Apparently my teeth are stubborn because none of my teeth have moved!!

Crazy, my ortho said that if I were to have surgery now then he thinks 2-4mm forward for my lower jaw. That was his guess, but he said he couldnt be sure until braces had moved my teeth. Thanks for the info

Thanks AF104!! I think its starting to close, I used to be able to put my pinkey at the widest point thru the gap up to my first knuckle. I can't do that anymore without really applying some pressure. It just seems to be moving so slow :? Hopefully it will speed up!!
