once I got them, my bf saw how subtle they were and decided to get them too!
(he needed them more than i did and has wanted to get them for years!) so we're both fully braced. we know what the other is going through so it def helps! we both have the ceramic ones so not very noticeable at all!

Ive had two brackets pop off- one was left off and the other will have a band put on in place since my orthodontist said due to the positioning its prone to come off- so right now i have a spacer in for it- ugh! i thought i was done with spacers!!

i definitely stay away from salad- the lettuce gets stuck everywhere!
im also overly conscious when eating. ill think i have tons of things stuck and then when i go to brush theres nothing.

this weekend i also had orange soda which stained my ligatures- ill stick to sprite and coke now!

like magster- everyone tells me- oh youre teeth were fine why'd you get braces!
so that is a bit annoying. Its mainly to fix my overbite which most people dont notice.

Regardless, sometimes i get double takes and i know people notice but just dont say anything.

so everyone keeps talking about chewing gum-
i thought you shouldn't chew gum with braces?

gum has always been off limits for me because of my jaw anyways but I was just curious.
