Hi Jamie, I am in the same boat as you are. I went to see a maxiofacial surgeon said he would advance my upper jaw because if you bring the bottom jaw back in a male you would loose alot masculinity. Also if your mid face moving the upper jaw forward would be a better option. Because my malocclusion...
