I've had my braces for about 1 1/2 years, I had big gaps to close from extractions as well as alot of teeth that were turned, so my teeth had long distances to move, I still occassionally have that really loose clicking tooth feeling. I have used wax with elastics- it is a bit tricky to make it stay... but it will move your cheek out a bit and it will be away from your elastics.Jen8626 wrote:can anyone recommend anything else for sore cheeks to act as a barrier?
