Hello!

Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself although I think I've crossed paths with quite a few of the forum members here on others forums and blogs so I feel right at home. I'm 30 and started my invisalign trays back in December. I'm currently on lucky 13 of 20U/21L and all is going well so far. My...

nothing but water.

if I'm on the go and don't have time to eat i bring one meal replacement shake and a bottle of water to rinse afterward. i'll take the trays out to drink and then they're back in again.

^ this happened to me when I first started my trays as well despite pretty good dental hygiene. i called my dentist's office and they said it should be ok provided it's just a blood drop here and there. it rarely bleeds anymore.

Hi there, The majority of each of my appointments is with the assistant. At each appointment, just like you, he dashes in, checks them, and then dashes out. Except, poor man, I don't let him get away! I come pre-armed with a set of questions about almost every aspect of my treatment and fire them o...

i have 20U/21L and started to notice improvements at about tray 7 (they were actually spreading out before then). I'm at tray 13 now and it's looked better and better since then but I do remember being really discouraged before things got better though. have you got a copy of your clincheck? I find ...

Dr. Tam - that's such a cute first date story, especially given your profession :) KSM - hope your first date went well. after I got my trays I asked my fiance what he would have thought if I had gone to the bathroom multiples dates on our first date and he thought it might seem a bit weird unless h...

have you tried chewies? (plastic tube like things that you chew on) I got mine with my starter kit and find that they help new trays fit a lot better. any gaps in the trays become minimal after the first few chomps.

i'm on tray 13 of 20U/21L and have had a really good experience so far too. it's discrete, i'm able to track progress easily, able to brush and floss as usual, treatment hopefully will be much shorter than with metal braces and discomfort has been minimal. i really wish I had started this much sooner!

hi - nice to see so many braces forum folks on here too. i've noticed a lot of movement in terms of bringing my canines in closer to a 90 degree. not sure if I have seen much movement in terms of rotating it within the arch which is a bit concerning. i guess we'll have to see what they look like tow...

i'm getting my attachments taken out for my wedding so am going to try to fit some whitening in in between. I don't regret not having them whitened at the beginning since I had some overlapping teeth and was concerned about them being whitened unevenly.
