I started to see a difference in the trays at about tray 12-14...and now at tray 18 (22L/34U) I can see a huge difference in the aligners AND my teeth...
Very exciting!!!

You must have had some serious shaving going on! Ive had mine 'shaved' twiced but think that its such a small difference that what I have had done is more like smoothing the teeth for movement rather than bits being shaved off. How did your ortho/dentist do it? Mine used this small strip of sandpape...

Dry mouth?
I haven't had a dry mouth or excessive saliva and find it hard to imagine how that would be!

I got an attachment off yesterday (I had 8 altogether) and it took like 5 seconds max! I don't understand people saying it hurt because it takes such a short time and you can't feel a thing. 14 is alot!...perhaps your ortho may try attaching it at your next visit? My orthodontist said they often put...
