Ria, I have had invisalign for the last 3 months. My ortho did not put any attachments on my teeth till after the first 3 weeks. It only hurts after you change to a new aligner. I just put some orthodontic wax on the under side of the tray. That seems to have done the trick :D

It seems that the way my tongue is resting the bottom portion of the tray is causing discomfort. The under side of my tongue has small cuts. What can U use to avoid this situation.

Well I have had them in for about 4.5 hours now. They feel fine and I am quite excited. The only thing is every time I rest my tounge it hits against the bottom part of the invisalign tray and I can feel a part of my tounge has already been irritated. What can I do to get rid of this ??

I am really nervous yet excited at the same time.

How should I brace for pain and discomfort??

What are some must haves in terms of dental products that I should invest in now?


How long does it take before the invisalign braces actually feel like a part of your mouth.
