Sparky, now that it has been a few days... how are you feeling. I'm officially 1 week in and just now starting to feel some relief. Hope it's going well for you!

I'm on day 2 of braces and am having problems with clenching also. I wake up and am in so much pain i can't stand it. The doctor's office gave me a sport mouth guard hoping that will help as I can't use my normal bite guard.
Any tips or tricks will be appreciated!

I'm 28 and on day 3. I feel like a baby, I've been complaining constantly and don't know how long it could possible take for it to feel better.
