Yes! I was finally able to get the floss through at the gumline. I had to pull with a lot of force but eventually a grey piece came out. I'm guessing it was the bonding material. Sure felt good to floss there again!! Thanks all!!

I pay monthly. My employer gives a yearly allowance for anything medical. The allowance won't cover the full cost so with a 2 year estimate on braces I can use 2 years worth of that to help pay. Same here. Just had bands put on a couple days ago. I put wax on at night when I sleep and the sore spots are a little better every day. Hang in there.

Good info. He did say my wisdom teeth all came in fine. He was surprised I had a root canal on one but I guess he wants to align them better. I trust his judgement. Was just curious on how often they do it. Thanks for the comments.

I'm sorry to hear you're having such bad luck. Where I work they have gone 2 months after an interview before making the person an offer. I hope you get an offer soon. Just have to stay optimistic.
