my eating habits were rough for about 2-3 weeks after getting the linguals on. my teeth were super sore and tender so soft foods were a must. but now, 2 months in, im eating nearly everything i did before. so no worries! 2 months is plenty of time. keep us updated :p

i couldn't get clear, ceramics, cause they're very hard and my lower teeth are fragile or something. no one can see the metal lowers so whatevs, i'm happy w. it! ive had these puppies on a month now, ill post pictures soon

my teeth arent in as much pain anymore but there is a constant pressure.. is this normal? and they feel kinda loose, some of them. like, if i stick my nail between my front tooth and the one next to it and pull the nail out, hugeee pain/loose feeling! normal?!?! i feel like they look better already ...
